Apple Safari 3 Web Browser for PC
Apple has a beta version of its web browser for Windows-based PCs. Check it out: http://www.apple.com/safari/
I think I'll give it a run... ;)
Oh...maybe I'll wait a little bit... ::)
Apple is slowly trying picking apart the PC market. They've changed their marketing strategy and products to whoo the PC users...little by little. It started with the iPod. You can use it on the PC, but that's what putting their 'name' in every household. They'll only grow with the iPhone...and other products for PC users...giving us a taste of what we're missing?
...or is it? Maybe we'll use all of their stuff and say 'thanks, great stuff, but I'm still not buying a Mac!' I wanted to buy one, but I couldn't see myself having to start all over with my programs...they're not cheap!
...we'll see what comes of this web browser thing! Thanks for the link lj.
i'd buy a Mac or even switch to Linux... but the main thing keeping me from switching is Bible study software :) i'm a WORDsearch 7 user (and have a LOT invested in it), so by no means would i switch to a Mac and lose this application... if they ever go to the Mac side of things, I'll consider switching, but until then, it's not possible (unless another bible study software company is willing to hook a brotha up! LOL)

should be safe to download now. they fixed the issues
lj.
I'm downloading it now...thanks... ;D
I'll play around with it, but their default font was messing with my eyes... :-\
lj, did you download it? If so, what do you think about it?
no, i haven't checked it out yet. i probably won't either. i'm pretty satisfied with Firefox, and really don't need another browser to toy around with. still working on cutting down on my computer time LOL... don't need something else to keep me on there for hours
